¿Cómo introducir tiempo estimado en incidencia?

Hola,

Necesitamos saber cómo se puede activar un campo en la pantalla de Crear incidencia para introducir la estimación de horas de una incidencia. No vemos ningún campo entre los posibles a añadir de las pantallas que se llame Tiempo Estimado ni nada similar en español, tampoco en inglés. Podemos introducir las horas estimadas modificando el "Estimado Restante" al registrar trabajo en una incidencia pero queremos poder hacerlo al principio, al crear la incidencia, usando el campo adecuado en JIRA para que luego el informe lo actualice automáticamente restando las horas trabajadas.

Por otro lado, en versiones alojadas de JIRA teníamos la opción de marcar un registro de horas como facturable "Billed" o no, aquí no veo esa opción ni al registrar el tiempo ni tampoco en los informes de Tempo donde antes sí se podía marcar un registro como no facturable. Es una opción importante para nosotros, cómo podemos activarla?

If I understand you correctly (I am using Google translate  ) you are missing the "Estimate" field in JIRA and the "Billed" hours in Tempo.

The Estimate is shown in JIRA issues when you add the "Time Tracking" field do the screen. Go to JIRA Administration -> Issues -> Screens -> Configure, for the Screen you want to display the Estimate on. In the dropdown at the bottom of the list of fields, find the "Time Tracking".

To show the "Billed" hours in Tempo, you need to enable "User with Approve Timesheet Permission can set billed hours" and (if needed) "Team member can set billed hours" (see also https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO710/Approval+Processes+and+Accounting).

To show the billed hours in the Report view of a Timesheet, you need to check the "Billed" field in the "Columns" dropdown of the Report view. (see also https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO710/Report+View#ReportView-UserReportView)
