CJIS support for Atlassian cloud products

DouglasPHill September 29, 2022

Found a discussion forum post from Sept 2021 regarding CJIS support and was wondering what the current target is for CJIS support in the cloud versions of Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, and Bitbucket?

My organization will need this before we can leave the server versions of those products currently running on our servers.

I've had numerous discussions with Atlassian regarding this, and yes the Community won't be able to help in this case but I was told that CJIS compliance is not on the roadmap and probably won't be for a while (if at all). They recommended moving to Data Center for these use cases.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This isn't something the community can talk about, you should go direct to Atlassian about it.

If you have an existing commercial licence for one of their products (not free or starter), then pop over to https://support.atlassian.com/contact and raise the question there.

If you do not, then please say so here, and one of the leaders will try to get you in touch with an Atlassian who can talk it through (or at least confirm "not yet", if that's the case)
