Hello @Francesc Xavier Berjano  ,

Again, AIP might suit your needs as well. Please have a look at Assets and Inventory plugin:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211849/assets-and-inventory-plugin-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview

Here are some features;

- It is integrated very well with Jira Service Desk and customer portal, Jira, and Jira Software with Asset Custom fields.

- It has a nice Asset Navigator (similar to Asset Navigator) which is very easy to use to search, navigate, create, update and delete assets. And it has a very fast search engine backed with Lucene, so it has nearly supports unlimited number of assets. Asset navigator has also two types of view: Detail view and Excel like list view.

- QR code with attribute labels printing is available - bulk or single asset printing is supported.

- Bulk Excel (CSV) import to create or update assets is supported.

- It has a very fast UI as a single page application - you never leave the page and it is really very fast to use. And it is backed with ReactJs which is the technology of Jira Cloud.

- Category for assets, to group of assets such as HR assets, IT assets, etc..

- Next week advanced permissions will be released which will let you to configure category or asset type permissions.

You can evaluate the app to be ensure that it meets your needs.

Hi @Francesc Xavier Berjano ,

there is an addon called Insight that is used to manage a CMDB in Jira. It works pretty well as far as I know, lots of clients use it.

There are other addons on the Marketplace but I don't really know them, you can try and see what suits you best.

Let me know if this helps,

--Alexis
