CRM for Jira Server

Can anyone recommend any  Customer Relationship Management add-on for JIRA?

Basically just want to  replace several spreadsheets for "Customer account tracking" and provide a centralized repository for us to reference/store/share information 

does anyone know if it is possible to have one CRM for multiple Customer Groups within the same Jira

If you're on Jira Cloud, you could have a look at Atlas CRM. A lot of its users come from a situation involving spreadsheets.

You may want to take a look at Insight, it comes with a template for CRM and you should be able to create different Customer Groups as well.
