I have entered the date format as mm/dd/yyyy h:mm and m/d/yyyy h:mm
and this is what I end up with.
Are you importing worklogs? Because this will ignore the date format settings entered at the beginning of the import process and instead fall back to Jiras default settings. I ran into this in JIRA 6.3.13 and adjusted my CSV accordingly
No, I am just importing the comments at this point. I just find it really odd that it gets the day year and time correct but has the wrong month.

maybe the problem is with upper / lowercase "m"? Because m is minutes and M is month. Also shouldnt it be MM for the month, not only M?
