CSV Import Creates New Entries Rather Than Overwriting Exting Ones

Hi

We are trying to update existing User Stories in a Jira Project with ones in a CSV - we wish to overwrite certain fields but keep any existing history.

We followed the instructions here, https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/importing-data-from-csv-802592885.html?_ga=2.58590700.752885124.1536577860-481651817.1535618423, but we are unsure how to find the Issue Key. Could you please advise how to retrieve this information?

Make a search issue, and add KEY at your column and export you result at CSV
