Calculate field based on another field and set (editable) multiplayer

I would need to somehow pull of the following:

Have one input field that can be used by users - input 1
Have one multiplier that can be set beforehand (not necessarily by the user - i.e. requires rights)
Have another field that shows: input 1 * multiplier

Is it possible to somehow do this in jira or are there any free plugins that would allow this?

You can do this with Scripted field feature from Script Runner plugin.
