I need to implement some SLAs to JIRA tickets and trying to figure out an easy way to calculate SLAs on a business day/ hours. Use cases:
1. Fire an alert if there wasn't an update for more than 'x' hour on a 24 x 5 business day
2. Fire an alert if there wasn't an update for more than 'x' hour on a 8 x 5 business day

@Deepika the easiest way to calculate this would be you using two different SLA's, or implementing the SLA and SLO (if your organization is the case)
