We have many jira instances in our company, and one Salesforce system.
There is already one jira connected to the Salesforce and there is a requirement for a second one to connect to it.
I want to know if this is possible at all.
What plugins would offer this possibility? Thanks.
Sorry for asking you directly here, found your name from answers on a similar question.
Do you know if synergify can solve my problem? Thanks.
Hi Laura
Thanks.
Existing scenario: we have a running jira instance already connected to the salesforce. There is a connector in place (service rocket) and users have been using this set up for a while now. I don't know exactly how this is used as it is with a different business unit than I am from, of course I can request this info from them. Let me know if you need this info.
Requirement: Now for the business unit that I'm part of, there is another jira instance we have been running for many years now and the sales and marketing team have a project in this jira instance and they also use the same salesforce as above for their job. They would like to have the comments, field values etc going bi directional between the salesforce and this jira instance.
We already investigated a plugin and it doesn't work with 2 jira instances connecting to the same salesforce system.
Hope I answered your Qs. Thank you.

Sorry, I didn't realize, I posted my answer as a different thread, but is an answer to Laura's question.

Hi @Srikanth M ,
Could you explain a little bit more what you are trying to do? You already have one Jira connected to Salesforce: what actions are you taking, or how are you using Jira and Salesforce together?
Are you looking to do the same thing with the second Jira instance, or set up a different use case?
