I need to customize the admin drop down located at the Jira issue Page menu bar.

Whether you are developing a plugin or using script fragments to add this customization. You would primarily need the below information.

• Module - web item or web section or we link
• Location - where do you want to render this module?
• Weight - the order of modules (the higher the weight lower in position and vice versa)

In your case.

• Module - web-item.
• Location - operations-fields.
• Weight - up to your choice.
