Can I access old ticket?

I have an Atlassian project where Jira is included.

I have links to old jira ticket such as 

https://calabrese-giuseppe.atlassian.net/browse/SER-1

but I get an error saying

You don't have access to this work item

Make sure the work item exists in this project. If it does, ask a project admin for permission to see work in this project.

Is there any possibility to access this ticket again?

It may have been deleted, or your permission to access it may have been revoked. To regain access, please reach out to the project admin or the Jira admin of your instance.
