Can I add Custom Entries to the Jira Cloud system menu?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'd like to add some Quick Links to the bottom of this list on our Jira Cloud istance. Is this possible? I know I can do it at the project level, but we'd like to set links to a few of our other apps and some of the most used projects up at the system level.
