Can I add or modify the status of the issues?

Can I add or modify the status of my issues? For example, there are only in progress, to do and done status in my issues. Can I add "closed" , " resolved" , something like that ? If I can, where can I change that ?

Yes, you can customize the workflow or even you can create new workflow and associate with your issue type.

Atlassian has very detailed document on How to Customize the workflow.

Hi @Tun Lyin Aung of course you can. There might be one difference. You can create Team-managed or Company-managed projects on Jira Cloud. Can you share, what type of project you are configuring?
