Need to organize the test cases at one place as a test case repository
Hi @Waseem Welcome to the community!
Happy to inform you that our app - QAlity Plus - Test Management for Jira - is free for up to 10 users on your instance, meaning you can use it for free when you're on the free Jira plan. To install the app you need to be a Jira administrator in your organization.
What's more, we offer a feature you're looking for, namely the Test Case Repository which we're constantly improving.
With the Test Case Repository that includes filters, you can easily manage your test cases. You can export and import your test cases from the Test Case Repository page. After you select your test cases you can directly add them to your test cycles.
Shortly, the Test Case Repository will be enhanced with folder functions.
Besides the Test Case Repository, our app offers plenty of other features that help your testers execute daily tasks. The process of the test case execution is very intuitive and enjoyable.
In case you have any additional questions regarding our app, please feel free to contact us here.
Kind regards,
Michał

Hi @Waseem and welcome to the Community!
I am not sure which app you are referring to, but you can definitely add marketplace apps to a free plan. Just check out the pricing tab on the app's marketplace listing to validate if the app is free or comes at a cost to avoid surprises in that area.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Walter Buggenhout . I have created a project in the Jira Software of Atlassian named test case repository in which I need Testing board plugin to get all the test cases of my work at one place and can access. I have seen that we have the plugin as like that of a repository for the test cases with the integration with the X-ray tool of Jira but I cant find the way to add that plugin .
Thanks for the Info !! I will try to explore more from the market place
