Can I add the ticket assignee to an Automation notification?

In Service Desk under Project Settings - Automation, I have added a 'Prompt customer for response' notification. I have customised the message and I'd like to add a signature to the bottom of the mail and dynamically pull in the assignee. Is that possible?

Hello @Christopher Pigden

I cannot see this option in Jira Service Desk but maybe you want to look at Automation for Jira: You have great options to add Smart Values and I believe it must be possible to create the rule you are looking for. Maybe even the Lite Version of the app might be an option for you.

If you have further customisation requirements regarding customer notifications you might want to look at an email handler like JETI or JEMH.
