Can I auto-unassign an issue after move?

The department receiving the issue moved into their area would like to have the issue unassigned as part of the move action. Possible?

If you are able to organize your permissions so that the assignee in source project A does not have permission to be the assignee of an issue in target project B then I believe the move process would address this. If the projects have common members that need to work on issues in both projects you would need to write a listener as Michael has suggested.
