Can I automatically inject plan works from tempo in to my jira project?

Hello,

I am trying to plan capacity using Tempo to add a work plan for each of my team members.

Is it possible to see my plan somewhere in my jira project?

if so, then where? and does it happen automatically?

Thank you in advance :)

Hi @ליאור בראודה ,

When creating plans on issues in Tempo Planner, you can see the information in the issue view. Depending on your permissions, you can see only your own plans or also the plans of other users (View Team Plans permission).

Plans on the issue are displayed in the Tempo panel in the issue view or the Collaborators module in the issue sidebar (see Planning in the issue view).

Another option to view plan information for a project is the "Planned time" Report. This Report can be filtered by Project and has several options to group the information.

Please take a look at the Viewing Reports  documentation for more information about the Planned time Report.

Best regards,

Hi @ליאור בראודה,

You can filter the Planned time report, e.g., by user or team, to see the plans of the user/ team members.

You can also filter the Report by Project and then add the grouping by user.
This will give you a report of the time planned by users on the selected project.

Best regards,
Susanne
