Can I change default template in new project creation?

I use JIRA Software

When I create new project, I use JIRA API. I set 

'projectTemplateKey': 'com.atlassian.jira-core-project-templates:jira-core-project-management'.

Recently project template of workfolow was changed.

Before: When a task status becomes "Done", its resolution becomes "resolved".
After: When a task status becames "Done", its resolution becomes "unresolved"

I want to put back before condition. What do you know this?

Well if it helps, I use my own "custom templates", empty projects with the desired configuration.

And then create new projects with shared configurations.

2 drawbacks:

1-This is not yet available via API as far as I know

2-Shared configuration might not be your use case
