Can I change the date format only for one customfield?

I've I date time selection customfield and I need in this case to force to user to input the date using the format: dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm.

I've found how to change the format for all date field/customfield in JIRA but I'll like to change this property only for one of them. It is possible?

As far as I know there is no simple approach to do this.

You can achieve this by creating own custom field: https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/Custom+Field+Plugin+Module but it looks like too expensive way .
