Can I change the order of sprints that are not active AFTER they are created?

I have 5 sprints created with one being active. I want to create another sprint but make it the 2nd sprint that appears in the 'Plan' board

This is not possible (in JiraAgile 6.3.7 and before). You cannot drag sprints around so you will have to move all issues one sprint down.

For those having many sprints planned out into the future this is a bit of a drag, but then again, if it happen ever so often, then it could also be a sign of having many sprints planned in advance isnot realistic in the first place.
