Can I check how many story points were delivered by each developer in previous sprints?

I would like to know how many story points were delivered by each developer. We assign to each task a developer, so I assume it should be possible, but I cannot find sucha a feature in Jira. 

To be more precise, if I have developers x, y z. I want to know that in sprint 87 developer x delivered 24 story points, developer delivered 16 story points and developer z delivered 34 story points. 

And another thing, ca I export sprint reports to excel?

You would need an app to extend it. The best you can get with built in functionality is the two dimensional filter that would give sprints on one axis and persons on the other, however it only support a summation of number of issues as result and not the story points. 

So if you do not want to invest in an app then just use the excel export and take the sprint, assignee and story points into the export and pivot it from there.
