I want to use Support desk for customer ticketing, confluence for KB arrives and stash for GIT... Is there a way to connect them all (I assume you can't connect stash with either of the other two) or what is the best way to handle this?

Integrating JIRA and Confluence
In a nutshell, you will have to create an Application Link and setup the Application Navigator to connect them. After this, you will be able to jump to any application without having to login in again. Also, you will be able to display information from one application into another.
