You can try Clone and then Move to another project.  There is nothing like "Copy-paste" in JIRA.

Can you explain your use case ? There should be some work around.

you cannot clone an Epic natively in JIRA. It seems you need to use third parties Apps.

Hi @Kevin Pollard

Welcome to the community, @[deleted]!

I am Marlene from codefortynine.

If you're  open to try a Marketplace app, you can have a look at Deep Clone for Jira.

With our app you can clone Epics including their issues and subtasks. It's also possible to move them to other projects while cloning.

Is it possible to duplicate entire projects?
Including all settings/Epics/Stories/etc....

Yes, you can clone entire company-managed projects, including settings, Epics/Stories, etc.

Due to technical constraints, not all project settings can be cloned at the moment. You can read more about that topic and possible workarounds in our documentation.

Tanks @Marlene Kegel - codefortynine for your prompt replies
I have another question regarding the pricing. I see that it is freee only up to 10 users. what type of users are these? How are the number of user calculated?
In our company we have internal users and external users (aka clients) - but only perhaps 2 or 3 users (internal) will be administering the projects...so how is the user number calculated?
Thanks

You're welcome, @[deleted].

Jira cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. You can read more about that topic in our documentation.
