We are managing a software project using Jira. We stopped scrum a while back. I want to create one kanban board for Escalations which will be used for hotfixes and  move only issues through 4 stages using swimlanes Planned > InDev > InTest > Deployed and one more kanban board to be used for New Features development where I can move epics/stories/issues through the Backlog > Planned > InDev > QA Ready > InQA > Release Ready > Deployed stages.

How do we do this?

Hi @Ashish Pradhan , welcome to the community and yes you can create 2 kanban boards in one project, even you can create multiple boards as many you want.

You need to go to the board name menu in the left sidebar click you will see the dropdown of the boards where will you get the list of already created boards and an option to create a new board too.

Click on create a board and it will ask to choose scrum or kanban board in the pop-up window. I hope it will help.
