Can I create JIRA issue conditionally from transition screen?

I need to create JIRA issue from transition screen, if user checks a checkbox.

Use case:

Developer:

- Fixes a bug;

- Clicks on "Ready for QA" transition button;

- JIRA shows "Ready for QA" transition screen with "Need Documentation" checkbox;

- If the developer checks the checkbox, JIRA creates issue of type "Documentation".

I believe this can be done using the Create on Transition for JIRA from Bob Swift; but I'm afraid this isn't possible by default.
