Can I create a project template in JIRA Software

I'm wanting to create a standard for all our JIRA projects that has been customised to our ways of working.  Rather than needing to reconfigure every project I create I'd like to create a template that can be cloned or all new projects created.

Ideally this template project would contain our choice of workflow, issue types etc etc

Is this possible?
