Can I create a report/graph based on the team of an assignee?

Hello,

I wonder if there is a possibility to automatically assign a label to all tasks worked on by a certain assignee, and generate a report from the number of issues under certain labels? We would like to create a report/graph to show the most active teams (or the teams with the most tasks).

So how can we go about this? Can can we set assignees to certain teams or give them labels to create automated reports based on their competencies? We did this previously by counting people from different competencies and made a sum manually, but obviously this is ineffective for the long term.
