Can I create a template of predefined tasks in jira?

For example, I have a whitelabel product, and each time I do a customization I have a list of 20 tasks that need to be added in this new project and they are all the same.

Is there a way to, once new project in jira is set up, to automatically create these 20 or so predefined tasks?
