Can I disable the Web Section created by Application Link in JIRA?
I want to disable the websection listed below in JIRA :
JIRA-BAMBOO : Issue Deployment WebSection (in jira)
JIRA-BitBucket : Development WebSection (in jira)

You can specify a group that the app-link is visible to under "admin >> Applications >> Application Navigator" as covered here:
If a user does not belong to any group with app-link visibility the menu disappears.
