Standard JQL doesn't easily allow it but the results can be quickly found using our professional indexing service:
After you install the app you can simply search:
movedProjects in ("SEARCH", "DATA")
movedProjectsCount >= 2

You can only achieve it through an add-on. The current JQL queries do not have the functionality to filter issues that were moved.
