Can I generate reports based on one of the many labels for a user story?

I have jira tickets with multiple labels , is there a way we can generate report from with-in the Jira project?

or can we generate report from the filter?

In Dashboards

Please use Pie chart gadget and select Statitic Type - Labels and choose your Filter/ Project and Run it.
