Sure. It should be doable (with Jira's frequent releases nowadays - you'll want to skip things).

However, that said - upgrade in a non-production environment first. Depending on your availability requirements - you might want to skip the .0 releases though ;) ).

 

Most importantly: Read every release note that you're jumping over and the upgrade notes of them. There might be some fine print that will spare you some grief.

And upgrade non-production first...
