Can I have issues at more than 1 status show on a kanban board column? I have already mapped multiple statuses to the column in the board config, but issues with the additional statuses don't display in the column

Absolutely.  The whole point of the board is to show you things in many status.

For an issue to appear on your board, it must:

  • Be selected by the Kanban board filter
  • Not be de-selected by the sub-filter (usually "and fixVersion is empty", as you want to exclude released issues)
  • Be in a status that is mapped in your column
  • Not be filtered out by a quick-filter

Take a look at the board filter, the quick filters, the status mappings and pick an example of an issue you think should be there (if in doubt, post the filters here and we can talk you through more detail)

Thank you for the prompt reply, I will look at the filters and post back
