Can I import JIRA OnDemand issues and their progress data in to JIRA Studio?

I have a project configured and running under JIRA OnDemand. It has (User Stories, Tasks, Issues Tracking, User Permissions, SVN Repository, etc.)...the whole nine yards.

I would want to move this project to another account that we have on JIRA Studio.

Is an export from JIRA OnDemand possible, and can that data be imported into JIRA Studio?

It's possible to obtain an export of your OnDemand data if you are not an evaluator and you are closing down the account. It's not possible to receive an export of just one project, so you'd get the full JIRA backup and SVN dump.

If you would then like a particular project from this export imported into a JIRA Studio instance (i.e. not an OnDemand account), you can request this by filing a support request.

Note that project imports in JIRA require that a lot configuration be present in the target JIRA instance, so you will probably need to re-create most of the configuration before the support engineer can perform the project import for you. See Preparing your target JIRA instance for more details.
