Hello,

As of now I am using the Monthly paid version of Jira.Would like to install it in my test server and migrate the data into our own database. The database I am using is Neo4J graph database.Would like to know if the migration is possible or not to this database.

Hi Shwetha,

You can migrate from Atlassian Cloud to your own infrastructure, but must run one of the supported databases:

  • PostgreSQL (best)
  • MySQL
  • MS SQL
  • Oracle

Neo4j cannot be used as it is not supported as it is a graph database, not a relational one.

More information is available on the Atlassian documentation site.
