Can I migrate Jira

I have my Jira instance hosted on my local dev machine, while I was playing around with it, but now I need to get it onto my production server to make it accessible to my clients. Can I migrate or am I looking at a new license?

You can update an existing license for a new server. I believe you need to get an evaluation license during the process though.
