Can I set "Allow Gravatars" using the JIRA REST API?

Can I set "Allow Gravatars" using the JIRA REST API?

I've tried setting api/2/application-properties/jira.user.avatar.gravatar.enabled to true, but I get a "No Permission" error. Would this be the only way?

Hi Duane,

I don't think there's a REST API call to enable gravatars.
