Can I update Jira from version 7.5.2 to 7.10? - are updates included in the 1 year support?

Can I update Jira from version 7.5.2 to 7.10? - are updates included in the 1 year support? 

 

We have current Maintenance Support on the product but I cannot see how to update the version to the current version.

Yes,  you can upgrade to latest version within 1 year support period.
