This is what I'm trying to do:

1) Scrum board for engineering team to use with active sprints

2) Kanban board for product team (before it gets to eng/dev)

- Kanban columns such as: 'Selected for Dev' > 'Need Spec' > 'Design' > 'Review' > 'Ready for Estimation'

- Kanban would be based off all issues NOT in the current sprint

Is this doable? I'm having trouble filtering to see all issues I need for both. I want backlog to the middle ground for both of them.

Hi @jordan castillo , and welcome to the community!

You can add as many boards as you need for a project, scrum and/or kanban, setting the filters and mapped status values to match your workflow; just use the Create Board function.  Here is the help link:

Also, you may want to draw your workflow first to check for overlaps and issues with differences in not-started, in-progress, and done for the column layouts of the status mapping.

Best regards,

Bill
