I have multiple Jira projects - one for each client. I'd like to use Service Desk to allow clients to request service, and have tasks created populate the backlog of their respective, active Jira projects. Is this possible?
Jira Service Desk Portal is always mapped to a Jira Service Desk Project (not Jira Software). However if to fulfil service request you need to create an issue in development project, you can still do that by creating a linked issue.
