Can JIRA Issue Collector not work with JIRA version 6?

We recently upgraded our JIRA instance to version 6.x and we would like to use JIRA Issue Collector to allow users to anonymously create issues. But when I go to install the plugin from the plugin manager it cannot be found. Is this plugin 5.x only? If so, is there a time frame when it should be compatible with 6.x? Thanks.

It is a bundled plugin in JIRA now. Check the System Plugins section and you will find it there.
