Can Jira Capture 'capture' videos?

I know that Jira Capture can attach screenshots, but can it capture videos as well? If not, is there a different Jira plugin that can (and can work with Jira Capture)?

JIRA Capture cannot capture videos (see BON-45 for the improvement request). For now you can attach videos captured with third-party tool using the "Add file" function. Try Jing for Windows and Mac; Kazam for Linux.
