Can Jira integrate with DocuSign?

Hello,

I'm looking to integrate my Jira account info (issues, statuses, etc.) with my DocuSign workflow. I've spent a lot of time on the developer site and reading various documentations, can someone confirm I have the right idea and advise?

1. I'll be using a handful of Jira REST APIs for my use case

2. Because the information I'm looking to integrate is Jira account specific, I understand I'll need to call a Jira REST API authenticated via OAuth 1.0 rather than a basic authentication.

3. How do I go about generating an OAuth 1.0 token to use the REST APIs? I found this documentation but I am not a programmer, so a lot of it is foreign to me: https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/oauth/

Additionally, I've generated an API token with my account credentials, and I'm not sure when/how to use this within the process.
