We are small business importing the world's first carbon-neutral aerosol paint to the Oceania region.
We use Trello to coordinate team activities and diarise our customer interactions. I have used Trello in this manner for many years before and it it does everything I need it to do. We need a CRM to support our new Sales Manager, so we would like to merge our Trello board with a CRM, so it would seem to be that the simplest path would be to use another Atlassian product that can interact with Trello.
We are not coders, and our team consists of Marketing, Sales, Operations (me) and Chief Executive. We don't create large volumes of information to do our jobs. I have read that Jira does a very good job, but requires a lot of personalisation at the beginning to mould it to our expectations. Does that statement match other peoples' experience?
Thank you in advance.
Andrew
Hi @Andrew Hicks ,
Toni here! If you are happy using Trello I would try Crmble Power-Up which is a CRM built on top of Trello.
In your case I would not invest time and efforts in Jira... as you said requires a huge level of personalization and the learning curve is not soft, moreover when the final purpose is using it as a CRM since Jira has not been built for that.
Hope it helps!
Best,
Toni
