Can a user edit the comment object options?

When making a comment on a ticket, there is a plus symbol that allows you to add an object to a comment such as a table, divider, quote, etc.

I want to know if I can edit these options. I want to be able to add objects that I've created.

The purpose is that I want to be able to add a pre-built template or object such as a labeled table.

This will help standardize and streamline ticket comments, like a templated table for QA signoff for our org... etc.

Unfortunately no, Jira doesn't allow that. 

Although, if you want to comment automatically based on a field you can use automation for that. 

But if you want a agent to comment then unfortunately, the + option doesn't allow to modify it.
