Can an existing filter be added to a Kanban board without having to rewrites its JQL statement?

Can an existing filter be added to a Kanban board without having to rewrite its JQL statement in the quick filters section?  That way if the JQL statement in the existing filter changes, it doesn't have to be modified again in the quick filters tab.

Hi!  Is it still the case that you have to copy/paste the JQL Statement of an existing filter that you want placed in the Kanban Board?

Do you know if this feature will be added to a future release in the future.

it sounds like you want to be able to reference an existing filter you have created and saved. Unlike the Board's filter itself this is not possible for quick filters today. you would have to use copy/paste.
