Can atlassian-jira-http-access.log be written with delimiters or fixed width?

Is there a way to configure Jira to write the atlassian-jira-http-access.log file with delimiters or fixed width?

Currently the file is neither. It would be a lot easier to write a script to monitor / analyze this file if it were either of the above.
