Can i clone a ticket from our site to customer site ?

is it possible for me to clone a ticket from our site to our customer's site?  i have an account with both sites.

You can make this Jira issue clone between two different sites using Jira Cloud REST API. You need use Create Issue event sending a Web Request in Jira. Follow this documentation to know about the API REST: The Jira Cloud platform REST API (atlassian.com)
