Can not add slack integration?

Hi Atlassian,

I try to add slack integration, but can not. I went to this link:

https://gianhangvn.slack.com/apps/A2RPP3NFR-jira-cloud

When i install, it informed me that "Workspaces on free plans can only install 10 apps ...", then i check apps in jira setting, and i haven't found any apps.

So what is the problem?

Can you show me the way to add slack integration ?

Hi Trung!

The error you're seeing is actually coming from Slack. It sounds like you've already got 10 apps installed in Slack (and are on Slack's free plan).

You can check out what apps you have installed and remove any you aren't using from here: http://slack.com/apps/manage - once you've gotten under 10, you should be able to install the Jira app for Slack.
