Can not connect to JIRA server.

I'm trying to create a new space and I get the error

Can not connect to JIRA server.

any ideas?

Are you trying to create space in the confluence and their you are getting "Can Not connect to Jira Server Error"?

Can you please provide the screen shot for the error and also send the details logs.

I don't know how to access the details log.

@Andrew Silber  - It look like there is some issue with the application link which yo have with jira. Please check 

1. Application link is connected well

2. Jira application which your confluence is connected is up and running
